Custom Order Request
We know that not all your needs will be met by those items selected for inventory on the store. The JMA dedicated account team for Travelers is ready to assist with any special requests you might have. There are 2 ways to engage with the JMA team on custom orders:
- Ask JMA for Ideas
- Please reach out to Travelers dedicated account managers, Nadia Syed or Kim Rogala, at 844.878.9618 or email@example.com | firstname.lastname@example.org and provide her with some basic information to start the ideation process to present some options for you. Attributes that would be helpful are: quantities, price range, theme, and need by date. Please note custom order requests can take 24 to 48 hours to process. If this is a rush order with an in hands date please be sure to note it in the subject line of your email.
- Nadia or Kim will email you a presentation of ideas for your requested needs.
- Search for Items on Your Own
- Paste this link (http://www.jmaonlinestore.com) into a new browser window outside of Ariba.
- If you find something you like, please email Nadia or Kim with the 10 digit item number and quantities so a custom order quote can be provided.
Once you’ve narrowed it down to 1 or 2 items JMA will provide you with a custom order quote that includes exact pricing and turnaround time for the project.
Once you have made your selection you will need to place a non-catalog order in Ariba.

Besides traditional promotional needs JMA can work with you on items like plaques, trophies, crystal, etc. We also have the ability to setup and run gift certificate programs, service level recognition programs as well as point bank systems.
